Answers to common questions about buying
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Items that are in stock are usually sent within 2-4 business days.
Go to MENU, find the tab “MY ACCOUNT” there you can log in with your e-mail account, the password you will receive on your e-mail account which you entered, it can take several minutes to appear in your email inbox. Please also see the message under “spam” or promotional messages. Later, you can change the password as desired in the “change password” tab.
If you have already placed an order, then a change of address is no longer possible. If you have a user account, you can change the delivery address under the “ADDRESSES” tab.
We will keep you informed of your order status by e-mail.
If you want to check the status of your order, you can do so via the shipping receipt we sent to your email address, which included a link to track the shipment.

If you want to verify that your order has been placed correctly, you can check it out in an email where we sent you a confirmation of the order.

In Slovenia, our items are sent with our batch partner DPD, GLS or post office of Slovenia.
Shipping costs are 3,50€. If the amount is higher than the 80 eu, postage is free. You also have a personal pick-up, where you can pick up the package by prior arrangement at Vienna Road 229, 1000 Ljubljana.
You can also make a purchase on Enolla without a user account. However, we suggest that you create a user account as you can track your orders and also return the products through your user account if the product is not in charge of you.
Answers to common questions about changing
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Step 1: Fill in the refund form that you can get below by ticking the appropriate box for a refund reason or filling out the request you received in the package.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days,
- The goods must not be worn, modified or washed
- The footwear must be in the original box in its original state without postal labels

Send the form along with the products (if the request that was included in the package was completed). If you have filled out a refund request on the website then this is not necessary.
Step 5: We suggest you send a package by registered mail as you are responsible for the goods until it arrives at our warehouse or deliver it in person to our address Enolla, Dunajska cesta, 229, 1000 Ljubljana.
The product must be not worn and in intact packaging, with all labels, invoices and return form.
Unfortunately, direct exchange of returned item is not possible.
You can replace a product by returning it, and then creating a new order in the size or color you want.
You can create an order immediately or wait for a return return.
However, we recommend that you place a new order as soon as possible, as we do not have the option of booking goods in our system.
Each product is carefully examined and painted before dispatch, if the product is damaged during transport and the product delivered is damaged or is not ok in any way, then you can send the item, together with the reason for the return, back to vienna road 229,1000 Ljubljana, together with the reason for the return.
The refund costs are borne by the buyer himself.

No subsequent change of delivery address is possible. All orders are processed very quickly, so it is difficult to guarantee a change of address.
If you have entered the wrong address, call us immediately at 040-202-603 and we will do our best to change the delivery address if the product has not yet been dispatched..
If a change of address is no longer possible and the product has already been dispatched then the package will come back to us. As soon as the shipment is with us and we check it, you will receive a credit for the ordered product.
If the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse and dispatched then the order can be cancelled by e-mail email@example.com or at the telephone number 040-202-603.
As soon as your shipment arrives with us, we will carefully review it within 2-3 days and if your shipment is intact, we will return the invoice amount within 14 days via the payment method you have chosen when ordering or. to the specified bank account if the cash payment has been selected on delivery.
